Keetch Tackles French On Beef Ban

Hereford's Liberal Democrat MP Paul Keetch will tomorrow try to eat British beef in France, in open defiance of the illegal French Ban on British beef. In a trip organised by Radio Wyvern, Mr Keetch will have a barbecue of finest Herefordshire beef outside Calais.

"The French ban on our beef is totally illegal", said Mr Keetch. "It is made even more sickening when we learn that the French may have fed their beef with human sewage. They must understand that this is an important issue for us - and by taking Herefordshire beef to France we demonstrate our determination to make the point."
